Terms of Service

Last updated September 30, 2026. MyVoicePod is operated by Veritas Lessons, LLC. Questions: podcasts@myvoicepod.com.

The short version

MyVoicePod turns what you write or say into a podcast in your voice and publishes it for you. You own what you make. You must have the right to publish it, and the voice must be yours. We will do our best to keep the service running and your episodes available, and we can refuse or remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

The service

MyVoicePod, operated by Veritas Lessons, LLC ("we"), writes, translates, records and publishes short podcast episodes from material you provide, distributes them to podcast directories, hosts your show page and feeds, and provides related tools such as email players and listening statistics. Features and directories may change over time.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. One person, one show per account unless we agree otherwise. You must be at least 18.

Your content

You keep ownership of the text, recordings and episodes you create. You grant us the license we need to make and distribute them: to store, process, edit with automated tools, translate, synthesize into audio, publish on your show page and feeds, and submit to directories, for as long as the content is on the service. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you submit.

Your voice

You may only create a voice model from a recording of your own voice. You may not upload or record anyone else's voice, living or dead, and you may not use the service to imitate another person. Doing so ends your account.

What you may not publish

Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights; guaranteed investment returns, medical or legal promises, or other claims that could not lawfully be made in advertising; spam. Scripts pass an automated review before recording, and we may hold or decline to publish an episode. You remain responsible for what you publish.

Distribution

We submit your show to directories on your behalf under our accounts and keep the listings current. Directories decide whether and when to list a show, and may remove it under their own rules. If you leave, we will point your feed at a new host on request so your subscribers follow you.

Fees

The price is shown at sign-up and on the pricing page; there is no setup fee. Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew until cancelled. You may cancel any time; the current period is not refunded. If a plan is not paid, publishing pauses; your content stays for at least 90 days so you can export or resume.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and to publish episodes within minutes, but do not guarantee uptime, directory listing times, or the accuracy of automated writing, translation or statistics. Review your episodes before you publish them. We may change or discontinue features with notice where practical.

Ending the relationship

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. Either way, your published files are removed from our servers; copies held by directories and listeners are outside our control.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Veritas Lessons, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts for the county in California where Veritas Lessons, LLC has its principal place of business, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
